Prospective Clients

Thank you for considering Jennifer Wiggins Moore to represent you in your family law case.

I understand that hiring an attorney can be a very difficult decision. It's important that you be comfortable and confident with the attorney you choose to represent you in such an important case. During our first meeting, I will be able to provide you with a ROAD MAP for your case - taking into account the unique aspects of your particular situation. Your ROAD MAP will include strategies for initiating your family law case or if applicable, responding to your family law case. We'll also discuss the likely time frame for your case and the anticipated legal fees and expenses. To begin working for you, I require an up-front retainer - the amount of which varies depending on your particular case. At the end of your initial consult, I will be able to quote you an initial retainer necessary to get started.

Prior to your initial consultation, I will need you to complete some paperwork to help me assess your current situation. To save you time in the office, I have provided these forms here for downloading. Please print the forms, complete as much information as possible, and bring the completed forms with you to your appointment. You may also fax the completed forms to my office prior to your appointment at (817) 860-9909, or scan and email them to

A Gentle Reminder: We enjoy the presence of children. However, our office is not equipped with facilities for young ones. We request that children be brought by appointment only.
